From the ASL Interpreting Fast Track Program...
A student came into the program with five years of interpreting experience. She had attempted the Utah Professional Level Performance Certification Test several times without success. She needed to pass this test to meet certification law standards in order to maintain her employment.
This student came into the program the first year that it was offered 2006. By being in the program she was eligible to provide interpreting services under a student permit. After a year in the program she had gained the skill and self-confidence to take the Utah Professional Level Certification Test once again and passed successfully. She is currently employed as a full-time Interpreter.
From the ACT Testing Center...
Our “high stakes” testing center helps people retain and advance their careers with proper industry certification. A State employee who has years of experience in his field, after completion of an ASWB (social work test), was able to advance in his career.
Several local car dealerships are sending their mechanics to ASE (automotive service excellence) certification, meaning Utah customers are getting mechanics with knowledge of the latest technologies available.
With the construction industry hard hit by the recession, we are certifying architects at our Authorized Autodesk Training Center where we use approved software and manuals (instructors have years of experience). As the economy recovers, students will possess the skills necessary for employment.

This past summer we had the opportunity to train several people in the a wide variety of classes, including: SolidWorks, Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Essentials and Intermediate. Our talented team of Instructors along with our competitive pricing is a wonderful recipe for success. We had the opportunity to meet the needs of one individual in four areas of expertise. He was able to attend four different courses that we offered over the last five months to improve his marketability in the work place.
